Hi, I'm Bruno - a Senior Product Designer at Nubank, designing financial infrastructure across Latin America. Previously, I worked at Dell, Mercado Livre and PagSeguro.

I work on the infrastructure that enables millions of people across Latin America to deposit and withdraw physical cash through Nubank. Every experience must balance regulatory complexity, multiple financial partners and the needs of customers who still rely on cash every day. My role combines product thinking, systems design and interaction craft to transform this complexity into experiences that feel simple, reliable and human. By integrating AI throughout the design process, I can move faster while maintaining a high bar for quality, helping build financial products that strengthen trust in digital banking across emerging economies.

ObsCare is an AI-native SaaS built entirely by me—from product strategy and UX to engineering, infrastructure and go-to-market. Created to help obstetric professionals manage their daily practice, the platform has grown organically to more than 400 active users, 1,800+ registered patients, and over R$3,000 in monthly recurring revenue. It's where I explore how AI, design and software engineering enable a single builder to create, launch and scale real products with measurable impact.

At Dell, I helped modernize the enterprise e-commerce experience for Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG), designing complex purchasing journeys for servers, storage and cloud solutions. My work combined product design, design systems, user research and data-driven decision making to simplify enterprise workflows, improve consistency across the platform and deliver scalable experiences for global customers.

At Mercado Pago, I designed payment experiences that powered thousands of online businesses across Latin America. My work focused on checkout flows, platform integrations and merchant tools, simplifying complex payment journeys while improving usability and adoption. Working closely with research, data and engineering, I helped create scalable experiences that made digital commerce more accessible for merchants on platforms like Shopify, VTEX, WooCommerce and Wix.
